Forced labour compliance software

With existing forced labour regulations tightening and new ones being introduced, you must map your exposure before the authorities do – or face blocked shipments, limited market access, fines, and more. Prewave helps you see which of your suppliers connect to entities with relations to forced labour, even in deeper supply chain tiers.

Recognise forced labour risk before it's sanctioned

Matched to your supply chain

Match forced-labour watchlists to the goods you buy. Three US customs watchlists run on every check, with industry watchlists added only where they cover the goods you actually source.

Prove supplier links

Shipment records between your supplier and a watchlisted company are traced and counted, down to what was shipped and when.

Trace beyond direct suppliers

Connections are mapped company by company, so a supplier two or three steps upstream is still traced back to the goods you buy.

Stay ahead of watchlists

Companies that share the patterns of watchlisted ones are flagged as predictions, before any government watchlist or public report names them.

How it works

1. Screen

Collection Screening

You choose the suppliers and products worth screening and group them into a collection. Three CBP-sourced lists run on every analysis by default: the UFLPA Entity List, its affiliated sites, and Withhold Release Orders and Findings.

Sector lists layer on top when they match what you buy, and the analysis is re-run on the schedule you set.

2. Map

Exposure Analysis

The analysis does not stop at a name match. It follows shipment records from a blacklisted entity through intermediaries to your own supplier, showing how many tiers separate you, how many shipments moved between them, and the HS codes of what moved.

3. Predict

Predicted Exposure

Predictions flag entities that share the patterns of already-listed ones, before any public list names them. Over 200 exposure cases have surfaced this way ahead of any sanctions list or NGO report. They are flagged as predictions, not confirmed customs findings.

Modern Slavery and Forced Labour Hotspots: China, Myanmar and Malaysia

Ten companies assessed for forced labour risk across three sectors already embedded in global supply chains, produced with Löning.

What's inside

  • Ten named companies assessed, each with case findings and a severity and likelihood rating
  • How China's labour transfer programmes produce forced labour that presents as ordinary employment on paper
  • Why Myanmar's rare earth mining and Malaysia's rubber industry place the risk inside green technology and medical supply chains
