Enhance supplier risk scores with the data you already buy.
Partner data connectors link the insolvency ratings, default probabilities and assessment results you already license onto the suppliers you monitor with Prewave. The same connection runs outward into the procurement system your buyers work in.
Catch supplier failure earlier with the data you already license.

Cover risks the news misses
Coface, Dun & Bradstreet, Moody’s and RapidRatings feed solvency ratings and default probabilities to supplier profiles in Prewave. A supplier heading for insolvency shows up in the numbers long before it shows up in a headline.
)
Cut decision time
One scale, every source. Each external indicator is normalised into critical, high, medium or low, the same bands Prewave uses for its own risk signals. The provider’s original figures are kept behind the score.
)
Stop risky orders
Prewave writes scores, sustainability metrics and alerts back onto vendor records inside SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua and JAGGAER. This means that your own rules can flag a vendor at requisition, hold a purchase order, or trigger an audit.
How it works
1. Sync
Prewave monitors the list you actually buy from
Your vendor master flows into Prewave with your set supplier tiers, spend thresholds and commodity classifications. You define what gets monitored, such as active suppliers above a spend threshold. The list stays current as your master data changes.
)
2. Connect
Bring in provider data you already license
Solvency ratings, default probabilities and credit recommendations land directly on supplier profiles already in Prewave. Dun & Bradstreet, Moody’s, RapidRatings and KSV1870 run on the licence you hold. Coface is available via Prewave.
)
3. Compare
Every source in the same risk bands
Each external indicator is normalised into risk bands – critical, high, medium or low – the same bands Prewave uses for its own risk signals. The underlying figures stay behind the score, with the provider’s own report attached and access set by role.
)
4. Act
Risk reaches your buyers where they decide
Prewave writes scores, sustainability metrics and alerts back onto vendor records, scorecards, and onboarding workflows inside your procurement suite. Prewave builds and maintains the Coupa and SAP Ariba connectors. JAGGAER and Ivalua build their own.
